The solar UC- Drum flaker is available either in fixed speed or infinite variable speed to suit application can be had either with a simple push button starter or with a PLC control panel wherein entire process control for batch temperature, Drum surface temperature, flaking speed etc. can be preset.
The soalr UC-Drum flaker can be had in several materials of conatruction including C.S.with lining, all grades of S.S, C.S. with hard cherome plating etc.in a totally enclosed casing to avoid hazardous vapour etc. to human handling or with puring of inert gases.the solar- UC- Drum flaker can also be offered as a complete turnkey including feed tanks, feed pumps, Discharge collection system, total automatic bagging system, granulation system., etc. |
